Effective Sunday, September 16, 2007 , CME Group will expand the listed Housing futures and options contract listings from the current listings of four months in the Feb, May, Aug and Nov Quarterly Cycle, which will result in the numbers shown in the table below.  The new contract month listings will project seven (7) years out, as follows:

·         First 18 months:  February Quarterly Cycle months (Feb, May, Aug and Nov) for a total of six (6) months listed;

·         Next 18 months:  Bi-annual contracts (November and May contracts only) for a total of three (3) months;

·         Last 4 years:  November contract only, for a total of four (4) months, for a total of 13 listed contracts at any one time for each of the eleven currently listed housing cities (Boston, Chicago, Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, San Diego, Washington and the Composite Index).
